Is there a minimum booking term?

No.  You can book in for 1 booklet if you wish, but the businesses which see the best return are those that advertise regularly.

Question 2

What methods of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer or direct debit.  Payment terms are via invoice, within 14 days.  New advertisers must pay in full before the print deadline.

Question 3

Do you deliver all 15,000 copies?

Accepted Answer

We deliver all of our booklets.  Unlike most other booklets we don't leave copies in local supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.  You've paid to have 15,000 delivered and that's exactly what we do.

Question 4

When you say 15,000 copies, do you mean 'readership'?

Accepted Answer

Actual booklets, printed and delivered.  We don't inflate our circulation figures, we don't quote 'estimated readership.'  We print and deliver 15,000 copies of each booklet.  Guaranteed.

Question 5

How often are the booklets delivered?

Accepted Answer

Each booklet is delivered once every 3 months; once a qaurter.  That's 4 times a year.

Question 6

Why do you only have 1 print deadline per quarter?

So we can get the best price at the printers.  This allows us to do one large print run each quarter, we currently print over 12,500,000 pages per quarter, meaning you get the best possible price on advertising.

Question 7

Who will deliver the booklet?

Accepted Answer

We do!  I, Rachel, the owner deliver, as do and close family, whilst we also rely on a very small, trusted delivery team.  Our delivery team follow pre-planned routes and are GPS tracked, with follow up spot checks routinely done.

Question 8

Do you employ young kids or paperboys to deliver the booklet?

Accepted Answer

No.  We never employ anybody under the age of 18.  Just a small, dedicated team, who we know gets the job done right, every time.

Question 9

Are they really the prices or do you price high so you can offer 'deals'?

Accepted Answer

No.  We believe in upfront, honest pricing.  We offer market leading rates and offer discount if you book in multiple booklets.  But the price you see is the price you pay.

Question 10

Is there VAT to add?  Or handling fees?  Or other hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No.  No VAT, no handling fees, no hidden costs.  We really are that competitive on price.  The only other fee you may encounter is our fixed artwork fee if you need us to edit or design your artwork.
